A 6 week class designed to burn fat and build muscle, this is a 45-minute full body circuit style workout which may include light weights, bars or exercise balls. Please bring your own exercise mat and a set of light Dumbbells (5 lbs).

When: Starting Tuesday, February 4 – Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 9 a.m.- 9:45 a.m.
Where: Trinity Episcopal Church of Buckingham: Rt. 413 and 202
Cost: $120 per quarter (6 weeks)
